Change of mind

Because our products are consumable and age-restricted, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose your items and flavours carefully before checking out.

If an item is out of stock

Occasionally an item may sell out after you place your order. If this happens, we'll get in touch with you to arrange a suitable alternative or a refund for the affected item — whichever you prefer.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll work with you to make it right with a replacement or refund as appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Hygiene

For health and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds usually appear within 1–2 business days.
